When you are down and troubled...

Being a parent has a strange affect on you at times. Your children can be a constant source of stress and exhaustion, but they also have the amazing ability to lift your spirits when you are down in the dumps. I personally have not been having the best of weeks and just some time with the girls today has made me feel one hundred percent better. It has been a cracking day as a family and the girls have been fantastic. Lucy has even done as she was told today! We had a gorgeous lunch in Pizza Express with our friends and their son Theo. By the time the three children had finished there was food everywhere on the table and under it, toys everywhere (incidentally they belonged to the restaurant and Lucy brought them all to our table) and Anna had felt-tipped the whole restaurant including the waiter when he bent down! The Hammond family definitely left their mark on Kings Lynn. Thanks girls for cheering your daddy up, he needed it....
